Beautiful piece. Very moving.
I was psyched to see this piece when it popped in my inbox. It seems to me that often times people develop their abilities in the aesthetic realm.
Developing how an image looks.
Now, I often write about the visual/aesthetic and conceptual as two different things, which isn't always so clear. Anyway, this piece to me comes off as early in its conceptual development. Or rather, that it has a conceptual thrust that now has to be progressed visually and in turn conceptually a bit as well.
With that said, I think it's a great start. The question, for me, is where to go from here. It could be made into a large sculpture with a see through metal trash bin filled with the images. I don't know, there are many ways to go.
Amazing conceptual piece ... Well done!
