Nice painting.

The colors seem deliberate and related.

Feedback: I wonder about how the degree of detail of objects in the foreground vs. the background; being able to notice more detail in closer objects. There is a degree of difference for sure, but on the whole the image has an unfocused quality. I think the degree of focus or the transition from one identifiable object to the next, can be different than the degree of abstraction.

Yet, there's something interesting about blurring the lines between labels we tend to put on objects and the fracturing of reality.

I like the blurry-ness of this work...but I too wanted to try and focus on the foreground and it was hard to do. That being said I do like the swirls of texture and the movement in the work...like looking at a landscape through a car window at high speed. It's nice and makes you want to pull the car over and look more.

A field is both a soft and a hard thing and this painting makes me think of that.
